An integrated approach to complex projects
My job consists of supporting companies and organizations in the development of truly effective project management and control systems, capable of transforming planning and control into concrete project governance tools.
Over 30 For years I have been working as an advisor in the engineering sectors, construction and consultancy, working alongside public and private entities on complex projects. My strong point is the integration of operational experience, systemic vision and knowledge of planning methodologies, contractual control and management.
Development and improvement of systems

I support companies and organizations in the development and improvement of Project Management and Control systems, both at company level and at individual project level, with an integrated planning approach, contractual control and management.
Project Management system architecture
I offer support in defining and improving the company Project Management and Control system, intervening on processes, roles, tools and information flows, with the aim of generating reliable information to support management decisions.
Interventions on projects
I intervene in the different phases of the project life cycle, from the setup and baseline phase to the running control, to the management of variants, of delays and any claims.
Advanced training and mentoring
I support companies in developing internal skills through advanced training and mentoring activities, based on real cases and consistent with the processes and tools adopted by the organization.

In complex projects, Project Management is not just an operational tool, but a system that allows you to govern times, costs and risks in a structured way.
The quality of planning and control directly affects the organization's ability to make reliable decisions, manage variations and effectively deal with any delays and disputes.
For this reason it is essential to have a coherent Project Management and Control system, integrated with contractual aspects and supported by adequate tools.
I have matured beyond that 30 years of experience in Project Management and Control, working on complex projects in Italy and abroad, and in the development of planning and control systems, and in supporting individual projects in the start-up phases, execution, delay management and claim management.
