Introduction
Training is a natural complement to my services as the implementation of advanced project governance and project controls systems , like the PMS I developed, require the correct and consistent application of project management/controls and cost engineering methodologies and techniques. The PMS system is illustrated in a book that will be available soon (there will be a link to the publication as soon as possible).
