TRAINING TO MANAGE COMPLEX PROJECTS
Introduction
The training approach is consistent with the PMS Framework™, the methodological model I developed to integrate Project Governance, Project Management e Predictive Project Controls, which will be the subject of a forthcoming publication.
Training is a natural complement to advisory, because the effectiveness of Project Governance and Project Control systems also depends on the ability of people to apply them correctly, coherent and shared methodologies, techniques and tools.
The training courses are therefore designed not as standardized courses, but as skills development tools built according to the sector, of the projects managed, of the roles involved and the level of maturity of the company systems.
Corporate Training Structure
The training proposal for companies is developed along two complementary lines:
- scalable and asynchronous training, based on specialist content that can be used independently;
- advanced and synchronous training, divided into workshops, webinars, application sessions and mentoring.
The two components can be integrated into blended paths, in which the methodological contents are acquired autonomously, while the synchronous sessions are dedicated to in-depth analysis, to comparison and application to company processes and cases.
