The scenario and needs: Today project management is applied and used in various industrial sectors; on the other hand, the projects have become more demanding due to the changing needs of the client who imposes stringent deadlines and more sophisticated project management requirements. In this scenario, a project advisor can provide quick and concrete solutions for the correct setting up of the project management "system" required by the contract and ensure that the knowledge is capitalized in the company. Indeed, to be successful, project management must be used by the company on all projects and become a "corporate project management system".

My strong point is based on the combination of professional experience gained on complex projects and knowledge of project management best practices: The methodological framework that inspires me is the TCM (total cost management) of AACE International where they are certificate dal 2003.
