Casinelli Associates is an independent consulting firm founded 2001 and born from Studio Casinelli working in the construction project control since 1995 in Italy. The firm provides project management services to some of most important engineering and construction companies in Italy, as well as to project’s Owner.
The founder of practice is Massimoluigi Casinelli, professional civil engineer, certified cost engineer CCE (AACE) and MRICS, with 20+ years of experience in project management and program control.
Our services address two areas:
Systems: project management systems at enterprise level:
a. Analysis, design and implementation of business processes based on advanced project management models, including the implementation of software solutions.
b. This area of services includes educational and training courses.
Projects: project management services, including:
c. strategic project planning (typically on behalf of project’s Owner)
d. technical due diligence regarding project execution phase (project organization, time-cost risk analysis)
e. audits on projects in progress
f. contract management support (claims management and/or specific related issues like time extensions negotiations, schedule delay and cost analysis of technical changes, etc.)
g. project control services (cost, time and quality control).
